Return & Cancellations Policy


Your satisfaction tops our priority list. If you are not happy with your order, we will work with you to make sure that you are not stuck with something you don’t absolutely adore.

Return & Cancellation Policy for Apparel (Non-Personalized)

  • Customers can return their order within 30 days of the order date & For special orders the duration will be 15 days & will be especially mentioned under the product details.
  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Our Original Tags are affixed to the product with a cord that clearly says “This item cannot be returned once this tag is removed”. It is mandatory that this cord should not be removed or cut in case you wish to return the merchandise.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please write to crm@quancious.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will accept the cancellation and initiate the Return & Refund process (see Return & Refund policy) provided your order has still not been shipped. In case your order has already been shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order, we suggest that you take delivery of the order and then initiate the Return & Refund process.

Return & Cancellation Policy for Apparel (Personalized / Bespoke)

  • Your order will be considered personalized / Bespoke if it falls into the following categories:
    • - Plus Sizes / Extended Sizes / Custom Size.
    • - Custom Height.
    • - Orders where the prints / graphics have been personalized.
  • Since we cannot restock personalized / bespoke products, they are neither reusable nor resalable. We therefore do not accept returns of such orders. However, if you receive a flawed or a damaged product, we are always willing to replace it; provided the same is informed to us with supporting photographs within 7 days of the receipt of the product.
    • - We will pre-verify the flaw / damage with the photographs provided.
    • - If the flaw / damage is evident from the photographs, we will send you a return acceptance confirmation along with the return shipping label to the email address that you used to place the order.
    • - If the flaw / damage is not evident from the photographs, we will mail you the return shipping label and on receipt of the merchandise and verification of the flaw / damage, we will send you the return acceptance confirmation.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please write to crm@quancious.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will accept the cancellation and initiate the Return & Refund process (see Return & Refund policy). For Personalized / Bespoke products, cancellation will not be entertained after 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Return & Cancellation Policy for Fabric / Wall Paper / Gift Wrap

  • All Fabric / Wall Paper / Gift Wrap orders are custom made and printed specially for you. Since these are custom made / personalized, they cannot be restocked or resold. We therefore do not accept returns of such orders. However, if you receive a flawed or a damaged product, we are always willing to replace it; provided the same is informed to us with supporting photographs within 7 days of the receipt of the product.

Return Process & Refund Policy

  • If you wish to initiate a return, please write to us at crm@quancious.com. We will mail you the return acceptance confirmation along with the return shipping bill.
  • Please stick the return shipping bill on the sealed package and hand it over to Blue Dart (for India) and UPS (for countries other than India).
    • - In the case of returns from India, Blue Dart would be intimated to pickup the package from your address. Alternatively, you can hand this over to the nearest Blue Dart center. In case return shipping service is not available for your pin / zip code, you will be advised to self-ship your returns. You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you do it through a reliable local courier service. Please mail us the AWB#/Docket# for the same along with the receipt for the return shipping cost. We will reimburse the same.
    • - In the case of International returns (countries other than India), please call the UPS hotline number applicable to your country to pick up the parcel by quoting the return shipping bill number. Alternatively, you can drop the same at the nearest UPS center. Please log on to www.ups.com to know your country specific Toll Free number or locate your nearest UPS center. In case return shipping service is not available for your pin / zip code, you will be advised to self-ship your returns. You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you do it through your national post service. Please mail us the AWB#/Docket# for the same along with the receipt for the return shipping cost. We will reimburse the same.
  • We will not be responsible for lost returns or misplaced items that do not reach us.
  • On receipt of returned orders, based on your selection, we will either:
    • - Refund you the amount eligible in the original form of payment.
    • -OR-
    • - Provide you with a Quancious Gift Coupon or Code (Valid for a year) for the eligible amount.
  • In case you choose to take your refund through the original form of payment, the eligible refund amount will include the product cost and return shipping fee (in case of self-ship). Original Shipping cost charged at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
  • In case you choose to take your refund through a Quancious Gift Coupon / Code (Valid for a year), the eligible refund amount will include the product cost, associated original shipping cost charged at the time of placing the order and return shipping fee (in case of self-ship).
  • In the case of international orders (orders from countries other than india), international customs duty / Vat will not be refunded.
  • We will process your refund within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of your returns at our facility. Please note that depending on your credit or debit card company, it may take additional days after your credit is applied for to post to your account. We will update you by email once the refund procedure has been initiated.
  • Please note that if you choose to receive your refund via the original form of payment, you will not be reimbursed the original shipping and handling fees.
  • Cancelled Orders: Cancelled orders will only be refunded in the form of a Gift Coupon / Code
  • Gift Coupon: For orders purchased with a Gift Card, your refund will be applied to the same Gift Card or a new Gift Card will be issued. Returned items purchased with a Gift Card are not eligible for a cash refund.
  • Special Offer Products: Return of Special Offer products will only be refunded in the form of a Gift Coupon / Code valid for one year. Please note, shipping costs incurred for Overstock or Special Offer products will not be refunded.

Changes

If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact our customer care team at crm@quancious.com within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email. In most cases, we’ll need to cancel your original order and place a new one.
