Return / Exchange / Refund Policy

Your satisfaction tops our priority list. If you are not happy with your order, we offer 15 days hassle-free Return / Exchange. 

 

What are the return/exchange guidelines?

We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. 

There is only one time return or exchange policy for all the products. In the case of exchange, only size exchange (restricted to availability of stock) is permitted.  In case the price of the size that you wish to exchange to is higher than the price you have already paid, you will be asked to pay the difference. 

The following products are not permitted for return as these are custom made 

  • Plus Size Apparel (3XL/XXXL – 7XL). Only Size Exchange Possible. 
  • Saree Blouse pieces

 

How do I return/exchange my product?

We offer 15 days hassle-free returns/exchange. Please ensure while returning that the product is unworn/unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact. 

        1. Log into your account using your mobile number which was used to place the order. 

        2. Go to your “My Orders” Section. 

        3. Click on the “Return/Exchange” Button next to the product that you wish to return. 

        4. Enter the reason for return, the item condition and whether you wish to return or exchange. You can also give additional comments and attach photographs if necessary.

        5. Choose whether you would like us to pickup the parcel from your address or you would like to self ship the same to us.  

        6. Choose whether you would like the refund to your Quancious Wallet or to your original payment method. In case of COD orders, you will be asked to enter your bank details to which you would like us to transfer the return amount. In case of an exchange choose the size you wish to exchange to. 

        7. Accept the terms and conditions and submit your request.

Based on the details submitted, we will initiate the return process and you will be intimated by Email / SMS. We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.  There are certain areas where we cannot provide a reverse pickup service. In such cases, you can self-ship your product through any courier service preferably Speed Post.

 

In some cases, you may not be able to see the “Return/Exchange” button.  The reason for the same could be    

        1. Your order status is not yet updated to “Delivered”.  In such cases, we request you to wait for 24 hours and check again.

        2. You purchased this product under a promotion/offer. 

        3. Your order has been delivered and 15 days from the date of delivery have lapsed.

 

Please note that Plus size products (3XL to 7XL) cannot be returned. They can only be exchanged.  

 

How do I self-ship my orders?

You can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed-Post to the address below

Important Notes

  • You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit
  • Please mention in bold the order ID of each if the shipments in the return package on the cover
  • Please write the phrase “SELF SHIP” on the covers of the package
  • We will not be responsible lost returns or misplaced items that do not reach us.

 

Courier Charge Refund

We will refund your Quancious Wallet as follows

  • Rs 75/- for shipment weighing up to 500 grams.
  • For every next 500 grams slab, an additional amount of Rs 50/- 

 

How Will I get my refund?

The refund process will be initiated once we receive the return/exchange product at our return address and on successful QC check of the same as per our return guidelines

On receipt of returned orders, based on your selection, we will either:

  • Refund you the amount to your Quancious Wallet.  Wallet refund will get credited within 24 hours of your product being received. 
  • Refund you the amount eligible in the original form of payment.  
    • NEFT refund process will take 72 hours 
    • Payment Gateway refund process takes 5-7 business days
  • Return Shipping cost (in the case of self-ship) will only be reimbursed to your Quancious Wallet.
  • For orders purchased with a Quancious Gift Card will only be refunded to your Quancious Wallet. Products purchased with a Gift Card are not eligible for a cash refund.
  • Products purchased on Promotions cannot be returned or cancelled.  Only Size exchange is allowed for such products. In case you still wish to return the product, the refund ( if any applicable )  would be credited to your Quancious Wallet. Such returns are not eligible for cash refunds
  • Special Offer Products: Return of Special Offer products will only be refunded to your Quancious Wallet. 

 

How do I know the status of my return/refund?

We will keep updating you the status of your return/exchange & refund by Emails & SMS.
